Swimming is fun


Swimming is one form of exercise that can improve tremendously the health and general well being of a swimmer. It is relaxing and refreshing, and it can really do good, really ease off mental and physical strain especially after a hard day's work. Learning all the strokes competently like front crawl, breaststrokes, backstroke, and butterfly, is definitely fun and healing...... the after-effects are marvelous.

If anyone would like to share his or her experiences or any stories, in water sports like swimming or diving, whether or not is a learner or expert, ..... or would like to learn more or offer tips, please feel free to do so here.... no holds barred ....
