SCUBA Experience... 潜水经验...的奇妙滋味....有"..."感觉...

有我在场....你会觉得很安全....兴奋又温暖..!

here you are....you can discover the mystery of the sea-under,.. another way to release stress and relax.. In swimming, you are like 'flying' a plane! ; in SCUBA under the sea, you are like walking the space (outer space....that is space walk). By the way, i like outer space, space shuttles, rocket, planets, and universe! for the time being, live with these ...first, haha! some pictures...and more will be added later, as soon as i have the time from the sea (from work la)

Swimming in sub-zero, possible?

Scientifically, and humanly, this is barely possible....perhaps, in split seconds only, or perhaps not at all. Frankly, it's hypothermic condition. Please don't try, only Jackie Chan, or trained stunt men with guided tricks (most probably some camera tricks with experienced directors and photographic directors), could do this. [insert: pic taken in seoul's one of the drinking holes, to give you that ge-ge-ge feeling, it's cold, my friend...! ]

What I wanted to say is swimming in colder waters like in airconditioned indoor swimming pools or swimming during winter time? I have seen people doing this, including myself good old days. Sometimes, dangerous because when submerged in the very cold water with head inadequately protected, this can cause damage to the brain work, so you may feel bit "giddy" or discomfort like whole head gets numbed feeling, and temporary paralysing possibilities to brain process and if prolonged into very cold water, the brain can just 'break down'. Normally, swimming in normally cold waters is ok, normally not a problem to anyone. Even in winter, say in Australia...is still ok, generally. But do becareful, if you don't feel comfortable if your heads are too long in the very cold water. Have fun...

Swimming strokes

I can show you all the strokes and the techniques that a good or champion swimmer uses generally in a competitive event. In the shortest time possible, with my coaching, you are able to master the strokes including breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle (front stroke) and butterfly, which you classify sequentially as relaxing, medium to power strokes. Other variants from the mainstreams are side-stroke, back-kick, and head-up. You will learn the basic techniques of moving forward efficiently (more speed, less energy) by use of a more streamlined positioning by optmising, head, legs, and hands positions. You will learn for each stroke, how to apply the various types of movement like scissors kick, flutter kick, dolphin kicks and frog kicks, among others And other forms of turning like flip-side, survival or rather water safety like backturning, and water-treading, by kicking, eggbeater kicks, and flutter kick, frog kick etc. And importantly, you will be able to swim comfortably, that is 'fly' in the water managing 50m, 100m, 200, to 400 m in the quickest time possible. You will gain good fitness in no time, and feel good whenever you are in the pool, of whatever size or depth!

Who am I?

Through collaboration and smart partnership with major country clubs in Malaysia and in the region, Tukash Aquatic Club (TAC) is pursuing to create awareness among the local community at large and promote water sports and aquatic activities, and for a start swimming from pool-play to diving, to medium to deep water 'scuba' diving eventually, among all people at all levels and ages. Though TAC is at its infancy stage, the Tukash Training Academy (TTA) under the mentorship of Marc KS Tung, via various affiliations with clubs, and associations has since embarked on and will continue its training, teaching and coaching programmes under which TTA's team of qualified instructors will guide young and old people who are unable to swim or are having inadequate knowledge of swimming and water safety, and also for those who want to improve further and perfect their skills, in order to maximise the joy and fun of swimming and water related activities, be it in pool or sea!
